• Free estimates are provided upon request and are non-binding until a formal contract is signed.
• All contracts must be signed before the commencement of any project.
• Pricing and scope of work are detailed in the contract and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

• A deposit is required before the project begins, with the remaining balance due per the payment schedule outlined in the contract.
• Payments must be made via accepted methods as stated in the contract.
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

• Estimated project completion timelines will be provided but are subject to change due to weather conditions, material availability, or other unforeseen delays.
• MCI Custom Construction is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

• MCI Custom Construction offers a limited warranty on materials and workmanship. The specific terms of the warranty are outlined in each contract.
• We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or external factors beyond our control.
• Liability is limited to the scope of work performed and does not extend to pre-existing conditions or third-party services.

• Cancellation of services must be submitted in writing.
• Deposits may be non-refundable depending on project progress and material costs.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be determined based on work completed and expenses incurred.

• MCI Custom Construction will obtain necessary permits as required by law unless otherwise agreed upon.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with local zoning laws and homeowner association regulations.

• All content on our website, including images and text, is owned by MCI Custom Construction and may not be copied or used without permission.
• We are not responsible for third-party links or content provided on our website.

• Personal information collected through our website or during service inquiries is used solely for communication and service provision.
• We do not share or sell customer information to third parties.

• Any disputes arising from our services or agreements shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in the state of Missouri.
